All service providers on our platform are carefully vetted to ensure their honesty, reliability, and punctuality. We select service providers that perform high quality service at competitive market prices.

Zero Fees

All our service fees are taken from the service provider with no additional charges to the customer.

Payment Method

You commit to pay for the job once you have selected your desired service provider and confirmed your job booking. Payment is done in full either via the app by credit/debit card upon confirmation of the job or in cash to the service provider upon their arrival to the job location. If you request any additional work that’s linked to the ongoing job, that will be charged extra and shall be paid to the service provider in cash prior to the completion of the job.

Cancellations

There’s no cancellation fee. You may cancel your job booking with the service provider no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the job. In case you have paid for the service in advance via the app, you may cancel the job and request a refund prior to the commencement of the job by no less than 24 hours. Job cancellations will only be permitted for booked jobs and will not be permitted for ongoing jobs.
