Zero Fees

All our service fees are taken from the service provider with no additional charges to the customer.

Payment Method

Payment is done via the app by credit/debit card upon your confirmation of the job. If you request any additional work, that will be charged extra and shall be paid to the service provider in cash prior to the completion of the job.

Cancellations

For Emergency jobs, you will have a ten-minute window to cancel the job from the time of job confirmation.
